Financial Data: Kept for 6 years following the relevant financial year, adhering to HMRC requirements.

Payment Card Information: held for 365 days and automatically clears after this period, using tokenization for security.

Data Deletion: While a customer’s entire profile cannot be permanently deleted, personal details can be manually cleared from the profile, an action that is permanent.

Legitimate Reasons for Retention: Data is retained if there’s a legitimate reason, such as an open invoice or cashback, and for compliance with legal obligations.
